Al Sadia reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information, violate terms and conditions, or engage in suspicious behavior. It is the user’s responsibility to update personal details such as contact information and delivery address to ensure smooth service. By registering, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, platform policies, and guidelines to maintain a safe and reliable shopping environment for all customers.
Pricing Information
At Al Sadia in the UAE, all prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and reflect the current sale cost of each product. Listed prices may include applicable taxes unless specified otherwise. Pricing can vary due to seasonal promotions, special discounts, or limited-time offers designed to deliver value to customers. While Al Sadia strives for accuracy, occasional pricing errors may occur; in such cases, the platform reserves the right to correct the price and inform the customer before finalizing the order. Additional charges—such as delivery fees or optional service costs—are displayed separately at checkout so you can review the total before payment. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed orders are charged at the price shown at the time of purchase. This transparent pricing approach ensures a fair and enjoyable shopping experience for all customers across the UAE.
Delivery in UAE – Al Sadia
For customers in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Al Sadia offers reliable delivery services across all emirates, bringing your orders directly to your doorstep. Deliveries are typically scheduled soon after purchase confirmation, and you’ll receive updates on your order status by email or SMS. Delivery fees and timelines may vary depending on your location, the size of your order, and current promotions offered by the platform. Many UAE e-commerce sites provide options such as standard delivery (1–3 business days) or express/same-day delivery, especially for fast-moving items and essentials, reflecting a broader trend where quick delivery is becoming standard in the UAE retail market.
Express Delivery
Express Delivery is available for customers who require faster delivery, generally within 24 hours for orders placed within the city limits of Dubai Sharjah and Ajman, This service is available for select products only, which are marked with an Express Delivery badge on our website
Returns and Exchanges
Al Sadia aims to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or Incorrect, Returns must be initiated within 07 days you request a return or exchange within the specified return period, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and includes all packaging and accessories. Certain items, such as personal care or hygiene products, may not be eligible for return due to safety reasons. Customers must present proof of purchase when requesting a return or exchange. Once the returned item is inspected and approved, an exchange or refund will be processed according to the selected payment method and company policy. Delivery or handling charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Al Sadia.
Cancellation by Al Sadia
Al Sadia reserves the right to cancel an order under certain circumstances to ensure fair and secure transactions. Orders may be canceled due to product unavailability, pricing or listing errors, payment issues, suspected fraudulent activity, or violations of platform policies. In such cases, customers will be notified promptly using the contact details provided at checkout. If payment has already been made, a full refund will be processed through the original payment method within the applicable processing timeframe. Al Sadia is not liable for any indirect losses arising from order cancellation, but it strives to handle all cancellations transparently and fairly while maintaining customer trust and service quality.
Cancellations by the Customer
Customers have the option to cancel their orders before they are processed or shipped. To do so, the cancellation request must be submitted promptly through the Al Sadia platform or customer support channels. Once the request is received, the platform will verify the order status. If the order has not yet been dispatched, it will be successfully canceled, and any payments made will be refunded via the original payment method within the specified timeframe. Orders that are already being prepared for shipment or have been shipped may not be eligible for cancellation and would instead need to follow the standard return process. Certain products, such as personalized, perishable, or hygiene items, may be excluded from cancellation. Customers are encouraged to check the order status and policy details to ensure smooth and timely cancellation.
Payment – Cash on Delivery (COD) – Al Sadia
Al Sadia offers Cash on Delivery (COD) as a convenient payment option for customers across the UAE. With COD, customers can pay in cash directly to the delivery personnel upon receiving their order, ensuring a secure and straightforward transaction. This option is particularly useful for those who prefer not to use online payment methods or wish to verify their order before payment. The availability of COD may depend on the delivery location and the total order value, and certain products may be excluded from this payment method. Customers are advised to have the exact amount ready, as delivery personnel may not carry sufficient change. COD payments are processed only upon successful delivery, and orders returned or canceled after shipment may follow the standard refund procedure

Al Sadia ensures secure and timely delivery across the UAE. Orders are carefully packaged to protect products during transit. Customers receive updates on shipping status, with options for standard or express delivery. Packaging is designed to maintain product quality and provide a safe, reliable shopping experience.
Al Sadia – Handling Time (Days)
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Handling time includes order verification, packing, and dispatch. Orders placed after the daily cut-off, on weekends, or public holidays may be processed the next business day. Delivery time is calculated separately.
Al Sadia – Transit Time (Days)
Transit time usually takes 2–4 business days after the order is dispatched. This depends on the delivery location, courier service, and selected shipping method. Orders within major cities are often delivered faster, while remote areas may take longer. Weekends, public holidays, and unforeseen logistics delays can extend transit time.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note:
- Bank transfers or credit/debit card refunds may take 10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
- Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
- Partial refunds may be issued for products returned in a used or damaged condition, at our discretion.
Exchanges
Customers may choose to exchange an item for another of equal value. The exchange process is similar to the return process:
