What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, debit cards, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders within Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and across the UAE.

How long does shipping take in UAE?

Dubai: 1-2 business days. Abu Dhabi: 2-3 business days. Other Emirates (Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain): 3-5 business days. Free shipping on orders over 200 AED.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day return policy for UAE customers. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Visit our Refund and Returns Policy for details.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships from our Dubai warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery across the UAE.

What is the minimum order value?

There is no minimum order value at Al Sadia. However, orders below 80 AED will incur a 20 AED delivery charge. Orders over 200 AED qualify for free shipping across all UAE Emirates.

Can I cancel my order?

Absolutely! Al Sadia only sources products from authorized distributors in the UAE. All products are 100% genuine with manufacturer warranty.
