Return eligible items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase. Non-returnable items include: used personal care items, software, digital products, final sale items, and customized products.
Contact our customer service at alsadia.ae@gmail.com with your order number and reason. We will provide return authorization and shipping instructions. Package securely and ship to the provided address.
After receiving and inspecting your return, we notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Credit card payments refund to original card. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders receive store credit or bank transfer.
Exchanges only for defective or damaged items. Report defects within 48 hours of delivery for free replacement or full refund. Return shipping is customer responsibility unless item is defective.
