All prices are in AED. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and Cash on Delivery (COD). We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability or pricing errors. Full refunds are issued for cancelled orders.
We deliver across all UAE Emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah. Minimum order value is 80 AED; otherwise, 20 AED delivery charge applies. Delivery times: Dubai 1-2 days, other Emirates 3-5 days.
Products can be returned within 7 days if unused and in original packaging. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. COD orders receive store credit or bank transfer refunds.
You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials confidential. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access. Al Sadia reserves the right to suspend accounts violating these terms.
