Orders are processed within 24-48 hours on business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order using the provided tracking number.
We offer Cash on Delivery as a payment option for all orders within the UAE. Additional fees may apply for COD orders.
Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package. If no one is available, the courier will leave a notification and attempt delivery the next business day.
We do not ship to PO boxes. Please provide a complete physical address for delivery.
